Welcome! That’s how you can expect to feel from the time you enter our doors until you head back home again. The physicians and staff at Baylor Orthopedic and Spine Hospital at Arlington will make every effort to not only help you feel better in the long run, but to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible. That welcome also extends to our patients’ families and other visitors, who can provide invaluable support throughout the treatment and recovery process.

Visiting hours are from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. We currently have open visitation during those hours; however, based on the guest’s condition, the staff may decide to limit visitation. Children are allowed to visit but must be under constant supervision by an adult. They are not allowed to run in the hallways or engage in other disturbing activities.
- Breakfast is available from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m., Monday through Friday.
- Lunch is available from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Dinner is available to guests and visitors nightly. Orders may be made at the 2nd floor nurses’ station.
Our goal is to exceed guest expectations with our exceptional room service program. This hotel-like service delivers selections from the guest menu that are prepared fresh to order. Dining options are created to meet physician guidelines and aid in improving our guests’ health and recovery.
Visitors may also order a meal at a nominal charge. Please contact a nurse with questions and orders. Vending machines are located in the Baylor Arlington Bistro.
Neutrogena® shower and bath gel, along with shampoo and conditioner, are provided for our patients and/or guests. If you are a patient and would like to bathe, please check with your nurse beforehand.
All patients are provided with a bathrobe for use during their stay. If you would like to purchase one, please let your nurse know.
Each room has its own private telephone for making and receiving phone calls. Please look to the communications board for your phone number.
Complimentary Internet access is available throughout the hospital. Access is listed as “BOSH connection.” Password is “orthospine.”
Televisions are located in all guest rooms on the second floor, second floor waiting area and the Baylor Arlington Bistro. A channel guide is available in the drawer beside the bed.
